Responsibilities:

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
• Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process
• Promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Previous Intern experience in recruitment or HR operations is an advantage
