Job Summary:

The Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing activities related to supply chain, logistics, and overall operational workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Monitor day-to-day business activities and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and propose changes to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and adherence to quality standards.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operations performance, key metrics, and KPIs for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the operations team in terms of scheduling, task delegation, and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, process management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
