Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers
Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases
Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skills Required
Minimum O/N level holder
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role
Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
Other Requirements
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous and able to multi-task
