We are supporting a Global MNC in hiring a LMS Administrator that has experience in ICT management.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all ICT related matters in the department including procurement, setting-up, maintaining of the hardware and software applications
- Provide 1st level of technical support and troubleshoot to the hardware and software when users faced with issues
- Manage, housekeep, and track department ICT assets using the ICT asset and inventory list
- Support learning solutions and systems including systems, websites, etc.
- Research and implement learning technologies and digitalization tools and platforms to promote learning effectiveness
- Conduct briefings, trainings, and ad-hoc sharing/coaching sessions on use of hardware and software for the ICT and learning related solutions and systems
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- Have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in ICT role
- Knowledge in Learning Management System (LMS)
- Great customer services skills, communication, and stakeholder management
