Position Overview

The Market Access (MA) Executive, Singapore, reporting to Market Access Manager, Singapore, combines responsibilities for patient access programs, pricing & access across all channels (for example, government, self-pay, private health insurance) for assigned products or therapeutic areas.

The role is responsible for managing the operations of all patient access programs (PAPs), associated compliance and training of internal staff, and collaboration with any third-party vendors who execute the PAPs.

This role is also responsible for supporting the execution of integrated market access and pricing strategies for assigned products or therapeutic areas aligned to the priorities of the cross-functional team. This includes, but is not limited to, access policy analysis, pricing cases, subsidy applications, and generating value messages.

In This Role You Will

  • Manage PAP operations, including enrolment, free goods reconciliation & distribution, contracts, and support training, SOP changes & audits
  • Support MA Manager in executing Market Access strategy for key brands, including input into MA plans, pricing cases, subsidy applications, BP/LRFP planning, new product feasibility assessments, local value messages, and administrative matters such as database maintenance
  • Support therapeutic area-specific and above-brand policy shaping by maintaining a deep understanding of Market Access and reimbursement processes and bringing this knowledge and insight into strategic thinking of the XFT
  • You will also support ad-hoc regional MA projects and other assigned tasks
