• As a Recruitment Consultant, you will wear many hats within the organization. You will need to approach your job with drive, an entrepreneurial mind-set, and tenacity.
• You will take on the role of an outsourced recruitment partner to assist your clients in securing fine talents for their organization. This can be done via direct job application from job advertisements, headhunting through market mapping, referrals, networking etc.
• Constant effort in maintaining of talent database and client relationship is required in order to do well in this role.
• On a daily basis, this role will see you interviewing candidates, scheduling and arranging of interviews, negotiating of job offers and follow up efforts with candidates and clients.
• Mentoring or leading a team to train up newer consultants and achieve team objectives (Senior)

Requirements:

• Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in recruitment (Seniors with mentor/leadership experience will be considered for leadership role)
• Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
• Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
