We are now looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join their dynamic team and drive impactful projects that shape the future of health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Launch of New Initiatives: Spearhead the development and execution of new health insurance projects, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Manage Multiple Workstreams: Oversee various project streams simultaneously, coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of a budget exceeding $10 million, ensuring financial accountability and resource optimization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and communication to drive project success.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategic plans to mitigate challenges, ensuring smooth project delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project progress and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the health insurance sector, with a track record of successfully launching new projects.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance regulations, market trends, and consumer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams effectively.
  • Experience managing budgets over $10 million, with a keen eye for financial detail.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
