International Data Protection Counsel(A188190)

Job Descriptions：

• Assist in driving data protection, cybersecurity, and AI related compliance for non-EU region business and Information Security and Privacy Department.

• Create, manage data protection and risk management awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and relevant parties.

• Develop, communicate and ensure compliance with Xiaomi organizational data protection.

• Assist with investigations into complaints relating to potential breaches of applicable data protection regulation.

Requirements：

- Bachelor’s degree in law. Certification from IAPP, preferred.

- Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE, including at least 2-3 years of data protection related experience.

- Strong international data protection regulatory and legislative knowledge and skills.

- Commercially minded with excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Chinese / Mandarin is a plus.
