Responsibilities

  • Generate insightful reports on key inventory performance indicators to drive strategic decisions
  • Analyze market trends and performance to make data-driven recommendations
  • Assist in the execution of comprehensive Ecommerce merchandise strategies to ensure optimal stock levels and revenue growth
  • Collaborate in price management activities, including setting seasonal prices and executive markdowns, while ensuring accuracy in all relevant systems
  • Conduct daily verifications to maintain price integrity across the Ecommerce platform
  • Engage in departmental projects aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and overall productivity
  • Build and maintain productive relationships within the team and with cross functional teams to optimize the website and meet business requirements
  • Perform operational administrative duties and regular website audit checks
  • Willingly take on ad-hoc assignments as needed to support team objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree or its equivalent
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years’ experience in inventory management and administration
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior knowledge in SAP or Salesforce will be an advantage
  • A proactive keen learner and team player with a great sense of responsibility
  • Able to multi- task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
  • Able to work under a tight time-line in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
