Job Purpose

The Human Capital (HC) Intern supports the team in delivering seamless execution in meeting the talent acquisition requirements and employee services delivery within the firm.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Capital (HC) Intern to join our team from February to May 2025. This internship offers an unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HC operations, activities and events organising including career fair.

Job Description

1) Employee Services:

  • Update and maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
  • Prepare certification letters or employment-related documents.
  • Support tasks relating to HR Management System (HRMS).
  • Any other duties as assigned.

2) Talent Acquisition:

  • Participate in campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
  • Work closely with the rest of the TA team to attract and retain fresh graduates/experienced hires.
  • Assist in onboarding of new hires and orientation.

3) Events

  • Assist in the planning and organizing of employee engagement activities
  • Assist in the planning and organizing of on-site career fair

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and meticulous, with a willingness to learn
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
