Location: Bugis
Duration: Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: $3,000/mth
Responsibilities:
• Conduct guest registration
• Maintain VMS records
• Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
• Manage the helpdesk, generate end users’ service request into Work Orders and allocate to appropriate service delivery teams
