Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6pm & Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage the entire payroll process to ensure payments are made on time.
Prepare and check payroll reports for accuracy.
Review payroll data to ensure it’s correct and work with HR to fix any issues.
Help the International Mobility team with tax calculations for international employees.
Make sure final payments for departing employees are processed, including leave and tax payments.
Handle employee income tax filings with the tax authority.
Manage claims for government benefits like maternity and paternity leave.
Track internal staff costs and make necessary adjustments.
Support testing and changes related to payroll systems.
Address payroll questions from auditors and tax authorities.
Create payroll reports for the Payroll Manager, HR, and Finance when needed.
Document payroll processes and procedures.
Participate in projects as needed.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in payroll in Singapore.
Good knowledge of HR and payroll software like Workday and SAP.
