Job Description

Handle walk in customers and call enquiries proficiently and courteously. Keep showroom tidy and neat.
Prepare Sales Quotations and Invoices.
Key Sales Orders details accurately into SAP.
Generate Tax Invoices and arrange delivery schedules efficiently.
May time to time be required to make cold calls and meeting of corporate customers on an adhoc basis.
Keep accurate stock records weekly.
Assist in other administrative duties as and when required.
Some daily picking and packing of orders required.
Prefer able to start work immediately.
