  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Events coordinator to assist us in our ambitious growth journey.

Role Overview:

You will manage the day-to-day marketing calendar, work with regional teams on their marketing requirements, coordinate asset creation from video to EDMs, and be on top of our event attendance and marketing around the events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the marketing calendar
  • Coordinating content shoots and design briefs
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in marketing activities, including campaigns, events, and activations
  • Assisting with internal communications
  • Working closely with external suppliers
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Engaging and managing relationships with relevant community groups and other key stakeholders
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing reports.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer retention metrics.

About You

Marketing experience, especially in broad level marketing activities and event coordination - also just a great attitude!

Any relevant experience would be beneficial

Social media and activations experience would be beneficial

Good time management skills and the ability to work extra hours if needed for event preparation

Multitasking, able to prioritizes tasks and complete it efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
