Temenos Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced Temenos Developer with over 7 years of development experience to join our team on a development project. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Temenos applications, including TAP and T24, and will be responsible for the design, development, and support of core banking applications. This role demands a solid understanding of banking systems and an ability to customize and enhance Temenos solutions to meet the specific needs of the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and implement Temenos T24 and Temenos Application Platform (TAP) solutions to support various business requirements in the banking development project.

• Collaborate with business analysts and project stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Temenos applications.

• Work on Temenos integrations with other banking systems and ensure smooth data flow between different platforms.

• Optimize Temenos systems for performance, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions in a high-transactional banking environment.

• Perform system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades to maintain the functionality and reliability of Temenos T24 and TAP applications.

• Participate in testing cycles to ensure that developed solutions meet the quality standards, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Temenos-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and operational procedures.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system integration, data integrity, and security standards.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Temenos technologies and banking industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• 7+ years of development experience, with a strong focus on Temenos applications (including T24 and TAP).

• Solid understanding of Temenos architecture and banking domain processes.

• Experience in customizing and configuring Temenos solutions, particularly Temenos T24 core banking systems.

• Hands-on experience with Temenos integrations and interfaces with third-party systems.

• Strong knowledge of Temenos programming languages such as TAFJ and TAFC.

• Familiarity with banking industry standards and regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize systems for performance and scalability.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.

• Experience in SQL databases and understanding of relational data models within the Temenos environment
