  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts, Settlement
  • Measuring and taking off quantities, liaising and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
  • Provide estimates and evaluate costing to achieve competitive costing for tender submission
  • Able to Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
  • Able to ensure timely finalisation of contracts
  • Any other duties that deem required to complete the work

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
  • 3 years and above experience as QS in Singapore or overseas
  • Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
  • Competent in software skills MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month
