Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Works well in a small and fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with basic and intermediate culinary (Eg. techniques methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures)
  • Development of menu specials (Brunch menu & Handmade pizza etc.)
  • Ensure food costs are manageable and within the budget set for the restaurant
  • Able to work on weekday (Tue to Fri) and weekends
