Roles & Responsibilities:
- Works well in a small and fast-paced environment
- Familiar with basic and intermediate culinary (Eg. techniques methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures)
- Development of menu specials (Brunch menu & Handmade pizza etc.)
- Ensure food costs are manageable and within the budget set for the restaurant
- Able to work on weekday (Tue to Fri) and weekends

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
