What a Supply Chain Senior Finance Analyst does in HP:

  • Support Supply Chain Operations on key deliverables of Financial Planning & Analysis activities: Forecast/Flash, Month end close, budgeting, long-term planning (LTP) with a primary focus on Cost of Sales (COS).
  • Support product costing & analysis including Factory overhead and other Supply Chain costs.
  • Support transformation and investments projects, provide business advisory on decisions based on Financial ROIC.
  • Drive and enable savings projects within above defined scope.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
  • Support policy and process improvement to ensure US GAAP and SOX financial compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design, with a maximized leverage on business automation capabilities.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 6-10 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, or a related field.
