Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to manage the accounting responsibilities for three clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, prepare financial reports independently, handle billing processes with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies, and manage accounts receivable efficiently. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions for three clinics, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and reporting.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage billing processes related to TPAs and insurance companies, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Follow up on accounts receivable, proactively chasing outstanding bills to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with clinic management on budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Assist in audits and other financial assessments as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
