  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Schedule Operation department team daily schedule (Supervisors and Technicians)
  • Deliver cost budgeting and practice lean resource management to drive operation cost down with the use of IT and technology
  • Ensure projects are carried out within budget and resources are allocated appropriately with safety compliances
  • Provide strategies and measurement to ensure each team is performing to standard and ensure each headcount are value adding to the company’s productivity and efficiency
  • Provide and arrange internal or external training to upskill everyone
  • Discipline and conduct safety awareness talks and training
  • Drive absentees’ rate, overtime rate and defect job rates to the lowest
  • Ensure project delivered and signed off by the clients (Delivery Order) and materials receive are accordingly to orders
  • Manage Logistic and inventory team to ensure all delivery and materials are account for • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
  • Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
  • Assist in HR related communications and procedures for the operation teams
  • Assist in creating statistical reports for management.
  • Any other duties as assigned and comply to ISO / OSHA standards

Leadership:

  • Lead, manage and motivate allocated team member(s)
  • Develop clear goals that is in line with Management’s direction
  • Be an excellent team player/mentor to collaborate with the internal and external teams/business partners

5 day work week, 8.30am to 6pm
