As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for generating new business and maintain existing client relationships within the industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
- Participate in a thorough training program to acquire knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on changes in the industry landscape.
2. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Learn and implement effective strategies for prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
- Utilize training to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
3. Client Consultation:
- Develop the skills to conduct client meetings, understand their needs, and assess risk profiles.
- Learn to provide expert advice on products tailored to individual client requirements.
4. Sales and Product Presentation:
- Master the art of presenting to clients.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client needs and budget constraints.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
- Develop negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
6. Relationship Management:
- Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
