Responsibilities:
  • Develop Customer Service Support Excellence and build Strong Relationship to achieve high customer satisfaction and strong customer support and loyalty
  • Manage resources to solicit directly with customer or through Sales for die support to achieve revenue and business plan
  • Manage Sales forecast, responses to ensure customer demands are supported by UTAC capacity and material purchases
  • Manage Resources to execute new business off load into factory on a timely manner to meet both customer and factory expectations
  • Solicit feedback on customer business direction changes, potential new business and provide these inputs to sales and business development for strategic planning
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing Management
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer Service in semi-conductor industry preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Good analytical skills and adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment
