Job Descriptions:

• Conduct project closure sessions with clients.

• Develop event communication plans that are effective in delivering event key messages.

• Develop event floor plans with internal stakeholders based on clients' requirements.

• Develop event proposals according to clients' requirements.

• Develop project budgets for approval by different stakeholders.

• Develop project plans to execute events.

• Develop recommendations for project plans including risk management plans.

• Lead discussion with clients to understand event scope and objectives.

• Liaise with clients on invoicing and payment matters to ensure timely settlement.

• Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for events and sales

• Trains, supervises, and works with event staff, to solicit and book banquet and catering functions, as well as the planning, merchandising and execution of the functions.

• Leads event team to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.

• Coaches and counsels employees to reflect company service standards and procedures.

• Align event expenditure with event budget.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure adherence to event plans and budget.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in event management or a related discipline with 5 years working experiences in event management

• Experience in marketing and/or public relations is preferred

• Proficient with the Event Management System and Cvent registration tool used to manage registration and event logistics

• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
