Responsibilities

· Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities

· Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works

· Design of mechanical services such as Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation, Fire Protection, Medical gas, Compress Air and Sanitary and Plumbing System etc.

· Presentation of design concept report to client.

· Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.

· Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.

· Co-ordination of M&E services within the office.

· Verification of Work Progress and Variation Order for progress claim.

· Carry out site investigation survey and submitting of technical reports.

· Project Management from pre-development through to completion, including the following

· Site Assessment and Inspection

· Design development and co-ordination

· Attend site meetings, technical meetings etc to resolve technical issues.

· Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively

· Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals

· Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned

· Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works

· Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule.

Requirements

• · Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in ACMV equipment / chillers / mechanical / electrical / building / projects
• Good communication skills, positive mindset with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Customer service oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD and Singapore’s safety and quality standards
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour

• Expected salary: $4,000 - $5,000 per month
