Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as,
Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, permits, insurance, and Certificates of Origin (Chambers
- Preparing the sales contracts & Proforma invoices
- Ensure relevant documents are submitted accordi ngly
- Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers
- Coordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments
- Liaise with shipping teams on orders and shipping documentation
- Other admin/data entry work as and when required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email writing is essential
- Meticulous, has initiative and a positive attitude
- Experience in Shipping (Import/Export) is preferred
- Ability to work independently.
