Sales Retail Associate

Work Location: VivoCity Shopping Mall

We are a digital fashion e-commerce company that has expanded into the retail space in the last 4 years. We have a total of 2 retail stores in Singapore and am looking to expand to a third space.

As part of our retail team, you will play an important role in representing the brand and achieving success and growth in our retail business unit.

Job Duties:

• Cash register duties (incl. cash tallying, closing settlement).
• Manage POS processes.
• Ensure stock inventory is accurate and storeroom is neat and tidy.
• Implement regular stock taking.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure store's cleanliness with daily housekeeping.
• Able to execute instructions timely from supervisors and from other teams.

Requirements

• Able to commit for a min of 6 months.
• Good command of english.
• 44 hour work week (only 1 weekend shift required on a weekly basis)
• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• 3 months probation.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Retail experience will be a bonus.

Pay Structure

• Basic Pay + Monthly Store Target commissions
• Rewarded with yearly bonus + increments for good work performance.
• Growth opportunities to rise to store manager position.
