Job Description:

  • Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable SsangYong vehicles.
  • Provide professional service to all customers throughout the buying process.
  • Demonstrate integrity, sincerity, and courtesy when dealing with customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, cconduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits, to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, actively and professionally resolve customer feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and latest SsangYong vehicles offerings and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain operational standards according to company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, retail sales, service and hospitality industries or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive buying experience.
  • Familiarity with SsangYong vehicles is a plus, but not required.
  • Valid Class 3 / 3A license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Work location at Lower Delta.
