  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Temp Case Management Officer (6 months, 5 days, Office hr)

Responsibilities

  • Work with clinicians to document primary and secondary diagnoses.
  • Record details of surgeries, procedures, and treatment plans.
  • Translate post-transplant clinical information, including diagnoses, surgeries, procedures, and treatment plans, into meaningful data for patient care management.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines for reporting and audits.
  • Track and review patient treatment progress and screening test results.
    • Document relevant laboratory results, x-rays, and histological information as part of patient care management.

Requirements

Degree in Science or Arts

Min 2 years of experience in healthcare or data management
