Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers and guide them to their tables
Take orders and accurately input them into the system
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries about dishes
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure cleanliness of the tables and work areas, and help maintain the restaurant’s hygiene standards
Assist in handling customer feedback and complaints to ensure satisfaction

Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in F&B service is preferred, but we are open to training enthusiastic newcomers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work on shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
Passion for the F&B industry, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Both full-time and part-time positions are available
