In Singapore, we are partnering with some fantastic restaurants such as Jollibee, Wingstop and Domino’s, to connect hungry customers with amazing food.
Our Facility Operations Team on the ground plays a crucial role in safeguarding our facility and providing a high standard of hygiene, safety and customer experience. We are looking for superstars like you to join our dynamic team and support our growing business!
Benefits:
$2,050 for entry level, with fast track promotion and compensation progression every 3 months
18 days annual leave
4-day work week (meaning every week can be a long weekend!)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Transport delivery orders from our clients’ kitchens to the central dispatch area
Communicate with delivery platform riders on order status and manage the waiting crowd
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site with sense of urgency
Communicate policies and updates to our clients and their kitchen crew
Follow SOP and complete daily checklists
Who are we looking for:
You radiate positivity!
You have a great attitude to work, you are driven and have willingness to learn
You are a team player, punctuality and reliability is your forte
You always go above and beyond, and are looking to progress in your career
You can work both autonomously as well as with your teammates and with our customers
You like to solve problems, making recommendations on how to improve daily tasks
Previous experience in a QSR F&B and retail is a bonus, but don't worry if you haven't, if you have the right attitude and drive, we can train you.

We have 8 facilities across the heartlands. Your home base facility can be discussed to suit the needs of both sides.
