  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping customers resolve their inquiries? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals like you to join our team as Customer Service Officers.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

Job Duties:

Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlook). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably

Working Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: 5 days incl of weekends
