  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job summary:

This role will work closely with country finance teams as well as headquarter in China in managing and analyzing financial data to support the company’s costing, budgeting and financial planning activities for Indonesia entity.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Manage costing data by collecting and uploading relevant information into SAP, updating prices timely.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors on stock movements and reconcile balances for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Post and accrue sub-contractor invoices on time and analyze monthly expenses.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting efforts to assist in financial planning.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents for audit, tax, and compliance matters.
  • Participate in year-end stock take at subcontractor locations and assist in implementing new systems or processes as needed.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in a related field with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to travel.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
  • Good organizational with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
