Requirements:

  • Experience in product management within the payments sector, including knowledge of payments clearing, settlement, and fiat custody.
  • A forward-thinking perspective on emerging trends in the crypto market and shifts in the payments industry.
  • A product innovator capable of achieving business objectives through distinctive product offerings and business models.
  • Prior experience in designing and developing payment systems, along with an understanding of the associated risk management.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a background in fast-paced environments, managing competing resources and priorities. Assertive in decision-making with limited information and adept at navigating ambiguity to secure necessary resources.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convert strategy into clear and actionable plans for product development, engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Technically inclined, comfortable exploring product details, platform intricacies, and implementation aspects. Engages with engineering beyond product and user experience needs, willing to contribute to designing scalable and adaptable solutions.
  • Metrics-oriented, skilled in identifying, defining, tracking, and acting on key metrics. Experienced in establishing KPIs and collaborating with engineering and analytics for instrumentation and monitoring.
  • Knowledgeable about cryptocurrency exchanges and passionate about innovations in crypto and blockchain technology.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
