Job Descriptions

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers reporting equipment breakdowns.
  • Gather detailed information about the issues reported by customers.
  • Keep customers informed about repair status and timelines.
  • Check in with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they're satisfied.
  • Evaluate the severity of the breakdown and determine immediate actions needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all breakdown reports, including equipment details, nature of the problem, and customer communications.
  • Schedule and coordinate repairs with the mechanic team based on breakdown reports.
  • Ensure the mechanics have all necessary information and resources to address the issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Independent worker
  • Education: GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,300.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Work Location: In person
