  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

These ITOs, provide 24x7x365 support to the data centres

a. Monitor and respond to alerts from Automic, SFX, Emails, ITOM, CCTV, BMS and NetBackup with proper ticketing and Level 1 support.

b. Monitor and control the execution of batch jobs so that they can complete within the critical batch window and not affect online performance.

c. Provide smart hands for round-the-clock critical data centre support.

d. Ensure safety and security of the data centres.

e. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
