We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Physiotherapist** to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide professional care to patients of all ages, assisting in the rehabilitation and management of a wide range of conditions such as injuries, physical disabilities, and chronic conditions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans, helping patients improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance their overall physical well-being.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical conditions and medical histories to create tailored treatment plans.

- Provide therapy to relieve pain and promote mobility using manual therapy, exercises, and specialized equipment.

- Guide patients through physical exercises and movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.

- Educate patients and their families on recovery exercises and home-care programs to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain detailed records of patients' progress, treatment plans, and responses to therapy.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation technology.

- Promote preventative measures to improve patient quality of life and prevent future injuries or impairments.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Valid state or national certification/licensure to practice physiotherapy.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physical therapy modalities, and rehabilitation techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.

- Ability to motivate and inspire patients during their recovery process.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor treatments to individual patient needs.

### Preferred Skills:

- Experience with specialized rehabilitation programs such as sports injury therapy, neurological rehabilitation, or post-surgical rehabilitation.

- Certifications in advanced physiotherapy techniques such as dry needling, manual therapy, or kinesio taping.

- Familiarity with the use of physiotherapy software for patient management and documentation.
