Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Quarrying
  • Position Title: Logistics & Site Coordinator
  • Working Location: Jurong Port
  • Working Hours: Mon – Sat, 8 am - 5 pm (Irregular work hours depending on schedule)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute workforce and equipment to ensure smooth operations for unloading barges and vessels.
  • Monitor the daily procedures for the arrival and departure timings of barges and vessels.
  • Engage with port authorities to guarantee efficient operation and collaboration.
  • Conduct daily documentation and report on logistics activities for barges and vessels.
  • Monitor warehouse inventory ensuring optimal supply of goods for delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with the truck teams to secure transportation of company goods.
  • Manage and ensure the safety of our workforce at work.
  • Ensure that all machinery and equipment are consistently ready and operational.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, adapting to the port operations' 24/7 schedule.
  • Other ad hoc duties at worksites if required.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • With a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred (Company vehicle provided for work use).
