Job Title: full timer Service Crew

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Service Crew members.

As a Service Crew, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include customer communication, table clearing, table setting, table service, food handling, and food preparation.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items

- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers

- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area

- Set tables according to company standards- Assist in food preparation and handling as needed

- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage handling and preparation

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- No formal education required- 0-1 years of working experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatoryWork Schedule and Locati

Salary Range:The salary range for this position is SGD 1800 to SGD 260 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
