This temporary position is a generalist role where the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions:

Key areas include:

  1. Recruitment & Selection
  2. Training & Development
  3. Performance Management
  4. Payroll and Benefit Administration
  5. Employee Relations & Communications
  6. Safety & Security Management
  7. General HR Administration
  • HR role-employment act, workmen compensation (WICA), CPF computation, Income tax clearance
  • Ensures statutory and legal compliance on all HR practices
  • Handle work pass
  • Update and maintain employee's P-file
  • Administer employee attendance & leave
  • Performing intake of various HR tasks and inquiries such as processes for general HR activities, payroll, employee related matters

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least a Diploma in Business Management (preferably majoring in Human Resource Management)
  • 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge on payroll administration using any HRIS system
  • Familiar with local employment laws and related labor regulations

SKILL

Proficient in MS excel such as Vlookup

Familiar with MOM portals such as WPOL, eServices etc.Please note location will be 1 month at Woodlands first, and a possible 4 months at Tuas. To be confirmed.
