This temporary position is a generalist role where the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions:
Key areas include:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development
- Performance Management
- Payroll and Benefit Administration
- Employee Relations & Communications
- Safety & Security Management
- General HR Administration
- HR role-employment act, workmen compensation (WICA), CPF computation, Income tax clearance
- Ensures statutory and legal compliance on all HR practices
- Handle work pass
- Update and maintain employee's P-file
- Administer employee attendance & leave
- Performing intake of various HR tasks and inquiries such as processes for general HR activities, payroll, employee related matters
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least a Diploma in Business Management (preferably majoring in Human Resource Management)
- 2 years experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge on payroll administration using any HRIS system
- Familiar with local employment laws and related labor regulations
SKILL
Proficient in MS excel such as Vlookup
Familiar with MOM portals such as WPOL, eServices etc.Please note location will be 1 month at Woodlands first, and a possible 4 months at Tuas. To be confirmed.
