About the role

Arcondis Singapore is seeking a Logistics SME to manage and support the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with goods receiving, document processing, and JDE system updates, along with the ability to operate forklifts or reach trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the routine receiving of goods, process receiving documents, and submit for Quality approval when necessary.
  • Update the JD Edwards (JDE) system with accurate data regarding inventory and receiving.
  • Operate a forklift or reach truck to put away goods after clearance, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
  • Facilitate the transfer of materials within the warehouse and ensure timely delivery to users.
  • Assist with out-going shipments, including samples and BDS, to ensure smooth logistical operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in goods receiving and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to operate a forklift/reach truck with certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE) for processing and updating inventory records.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting out-going shipments and logistics operations.
