About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning SME with expertise in Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and JD Edwards (JDE) to join our team at Arcondis Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our production planning processes, ensuring the smooth operation of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate Master Production Schedules (MPS) to meet customer demand and inventory goals.
  • Utilize JD Edwards (JDE) to manage BOMs, and support MRP processes.
  • Analyze production and material requirements to improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production planning and JDE operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
  • Strong proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE), particularly in managing BOM and MRP.
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
