The mission of the Project Executive is to ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet their objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with the project manager and team members to identify risks and opportunities, set priorities, and develop mitigation plans, ensuring a successful project launch.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Project Management and Coordination:

  • Monitor project progress and track issues using management tools (WBS, project tracker).
  • Organize meetings to update stakeholders on project status and action plans.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with end-users and stakeholders for effective project implementation.

2. System Migration and Support:

  • Develop expertise in the current system (BLAC) and understand its constraints.
  • Lead data cleansing and collection for new system master data setup.
  • Update system data and parameters as needed.
  • Create IT tickets for system-related issues and support UAT scenarios.
  • Train users (schedulers, drivers) and prepare documentation for system functions.

3. Administrative Support (Sourcing & Tracking):

  • Coordinate bulk liquid imports, including purchase orders for suppliers (e.g., ALGEM, Linde).
  • Raise purchase requests, manage receiving and invoicing, and monitor gas offtake planning.
  • Provide weekly updates to third-party logistics and support sampling activities.

4. Administrative Support (Fleet):

  • Assist with PR/PO creation and receiving in the system.
  • Report monthly on fleet maintenance costs and validate drivers' commissions.

5. On Board Computer (OBC) Utilization Tracking:

  • Analyze OBC utilization rates and investigate non-usage of Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Train drivers and contractors on OBC usage and create monthly utilization reports.

6. DPM Enhancement:

  • Enhance DPM for better visual presentation and create new dashboards for KPI monitoring.
  • Ensure data integrity and effective layout design for dashboards.

Are you a MATCH?

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, or Engineering. Certification: PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant working roles.
  • Skills: Strong project management and data analysis experience; proficiency in spreadsheets and Google Sheets.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, good team player, and willing to work on-site with standby duties as needed.
