Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing and Digital Campaign professional to join the Communications Team at NUS School of Computing. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness across various digital channels. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand visibility and conversions.

Working as a part of the Communications Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and delivering an exceptional user experience. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking and analytical skills to curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with the strategic goals of NUS School of Computing.

The successful incumbent will be offered an initial 2 years contract, subject to renewal or conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Content Development: Research and develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals, utilizing industry insights and audience analysis.
  • Content Creation and Oversight: Lead the creation of diverse content types (written, visual, multimedia) ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Effective Distribution and Promotion: Drive content distribution strategies across various channels (social media, email) to maximize audience engagement and reach.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, leveraging segmentation and targeting techniques for optimal results.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with a team to integrate content initiatives into broader marketing efforts, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in branding and marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies and digital campaigns
  • Creative thinking and problem solving ability, with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
  • Familiar with audience targeting and personalised touch points related to various outreach programs (internal and external)
  • Good knowledge of developing messages with unified narratives which will differentiate a global educational institution
  • In depth knowledge of CMS, email marketing, digital marketing channels, tools and techniques including but not limited to social media
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
