Social & PR Intern, Project Management Intern (Jan-Jun 2025 Intake)

Havas Singapore, part of the global Havas network, is looking for interns to join our Social & PR division (Socialyse / Havas Play / Red Havas) in the first half of 2025! We are seeking candidates who can commit full-time for a 6-month term.

About Our Internship Opportunities

The following internship opportunities will be available on a rolling basis, for the first half of the year:

1. Social & PR Intern

You will be responsible for tasks such as the development of content calendars, community management, press release writing, brand/consumer/competitor research, social media performance analysis, media monitoring, and other related tasks.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the team of account directors, managers, executives in the planning, launching, and executing of integrated communications strategies for client accounts
• Build strong relationships and liaise with internal teams (creatives, media planners, social traders) and external parties (clients, press, influencers) to execute strategies
• Media monitoring and social listening reports to monitor clients’ brand health and find coverage or stories related to clients and/or campaign work
• Content planning and community management for client’s social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to achieve the client’s business and communications objectives
• Monthly social media performance analysis reports for managed channels and campaigns

You will develop an understanding and experience in planning and executing integrated communication activities/campaigns across owned, earned (PR) and paid (social) media.

2. Project Management Intern

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team in the planning, organising and tracking of creative project schedules – including the scheduling for brief meetings; assisting in consolidating and organizing meeting/communication notes, feedback, and project-related deliverables; managing the workflow across multiple accounts, projects, and resources
• Act as key point of contact between the Client Servicing and Creative teams, assisting with the management, quality assurance, and delivery of all briefed deliverables – making sure that the creative projects are running smoothly and delivered on time
• Conduct research work to assist in projects or ideation of creative proposals, where necessary
• Handle all other ad-hoc administration tasks when assigned

You will develop an understanding and experience in planning and executing project workflows, deducing issues, and gaining insights to streamlining project communications.

Requirements for the internship roles:

• Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
• Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience using productivity tools will be appreciated

Qualities we are looking for:

• Keen interest in understanding project management systems and workflow in a creative
• Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborative
• Well-organised with great attention to detail and focus on quality of results
• Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as cohesively in a team environment
