Company Description

Our client, a leading Korean multinational in digital banking and payment solutions, offers both B2B and B2C products and has rapidly expanded with cutting-edge technologies and innovative services. As they scale their solutions to the international market via their headquarters in Singapore, we are seeking a strategic Business Manager to lead and drive their international growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, secure, and manage client relationships across industries such as banking, financial services, e-commerce, and payments.
  • Lead the entire client acquisition process, including lead generation, negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine payment products, focusing on enhancing user experience, system integration, and compliance with global regulations.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competition, regulatory landscapes, and consumer pain points.
  • Leverage insights to refine product offerings and strengthen the company’s value proposition.
  • Align internal teams and external partners on business goals to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Present regular business reviews and success stories to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in business development, market strategy, or product management, preferably in fintech, payments, or tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience with merchant acquisition or payments-related products is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and in global teams.
  • Industry connections and familiarity with payment systems are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred, but not a must.
