Job Summary

The Branding Design Lead is responsible for leading the visual design team, building and maintaining a comprehensive brand visual system for the exchange platform, and ensuring brand image consistency and continuous improvement. By leading the team to produce high-quality design works efficiently, the role will provide strong visual support for various business operations of the exchange and enhance brand influence.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Visual System Construction and Maintenance: Establish and improve the exchange's brand visual identity system (VI), including but not limited to the standardization management of logos, colors, fonts, and graphics. Ensure consistency of the visual style across all platforms and promote the implementation of the brand vision at various touchpoints. Regularly evaluate and update the brand visual system to adapt to market changes and brand development needs.
  • Design Team Management: Build and lead a high-level design team, define team goals and development directions. Develop and optimize design processes, establish efficient design workflows and standards. Be responsible for performance appraisal, training and development of team members, and improve the overall quality of the team. Foster a positive and innovative team atmosphere to stimulate the creativity of team members.
  • Design Requirements Management: Collect, organize, and analyze design requirements from various departments and develop design solutions. Coordinate communication between the design team and other departments to ensure that design solutions meet business needs. Be responsible for managing the progress of design projects, tracking project progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
  • Design Quality Control: Be responsible for controlling design quality and ensuring that all design outputs meet brand standards and industry standards. Organize design reviews, collect feedback and continuously optimize design solutions.
  • Brand Promotion Design: Be responsible for the design output of major events, sub-brands, publicity, investment, peripheral products, social media, and on-site and off-site content. Provide visual support for brand promotion in combination with marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand design or visual design, with a solid foundation in visual design theory and practical experience.
  • Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., and have a good command of graphic design, UI design, motion graphics design, and other skills.
  • Possess excellent leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete tasks efficiently and cultivate team members.
  • Possess good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people from different departments and coordinate to solve problems.
  • Possess keen insight, able to capture market trends in a timely manner and propose innovative design solutions.
  • Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and can integrate brand concepts into design.
