Reste Laboratories (ResteLab) was established in 2016 and has since seen significant growth, expanding its facility to operate a 20,000 square feet world-class laboratory in Toa Payoh. The company is now in its eighth year of operations and is focused on further development and expansion.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at ResteLab in Singapore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication, and account management on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs
- Generate sales with new customers
- Manage existing accounts
- Provide regular reports on sale activities
- Monitor market activity
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Business and Communication skills
- Account Management expertise
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry is a plus
- Goal-driven person
- Meticulous, independent and resourceful
- Strong initiative and high professional conduct
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic environment
