My client is a global leader in the gaming industry, renowned for innovation and a commitment to providing exceptional gaming experiences. We are seeking a talented and experienced leader to spearhead their streamer and community activation efforts.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Streamer and Community Activation, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive strategy to enhance the brand's visibility and engagement within the vibrant gaming community. Your role will involve setting long-term goals, managing budgets, and ensuring that all activities align with your company's global and regional brand objectives. Working across teams, you will ultimately drive growth and user engagement. This role includes overseeing the identification and management of high-impact streamers and influencers.

Requirements

You have at least seven years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, or similar roles, with at least three years in a senior strategic position. You may be from any industry, where you have developed and implemented community and influencer strategies on various social media platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, and Discord). Strong negotiation skills for partnership agreements with influencers and content creators are required. You have an analytical mindset and have strong stakeholders skills. Proven experience managing substantial budgets is essential.
