  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

The Senior Air Export Officer is responsible to execute day to day Air Export duties as specified by the Assistant Manager, Air Export. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operation

  • Ensure all shipments HAWB/MAWB and billings are executed on time and accurately
  • Ensure all FWB/FHL transmitted to terminal before transfer
  • Liaise with transporter to ensure all shipments are transfer to terminal on time
  • Adhere to customer's SOP and requirements at all times

Contractor Costing

  • Ensure that all contractor's cost are correct and updated into system
  • Liaise with accounts department to ensure all cost are tally

Permit

  • Review permit report and ensure all shipments are declared
  • Comply with AED requirements
  • CMD Submission via CCNHub

Shipment Uplifting

  • Check and update shipment uplifting timing in report file and system
  • Ensure all offloaded/partial shipment status are updated in report file

Adhoc

  • Any adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Air Export Operation
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level education
  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry
  • Full understanding of all freight and logistics product solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Meticulous and accurate with a positive attitude and able to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
