Communication:

  • Internal Communications: Develop and manage communication for IT initiatives, educational IT snippets and IT project announcements.
  • Content Creation: Work with Subject Matter Experts to create End User documentation, newsletters, and user guides that simplify complex IT processes for diverse audiences. Ensure content is user-friendly, informative, interesting and accessible.

User Experience Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design Collaboration: Work closely with the IT and development teams to design and enhance the user interface of Technology Solutions, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience.
  • User-Centered Design: Support user research and gather feedback to improve the usability of IT systems and tools. Ensure that User Interfaces are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and easy to use according to the target user group.
  • Prototyping & Wireframing: Support wireframing, performing mockups, and prototypes Technology Solutions, collaborating with developers and IT project managers to ensure that user needs are addressed.


Procurement Responsibilities:

  • IT Procurement Management: Support the IT department in procurement activities, including creating and managing purchase orders (POs) for software, hardware, and services.
  • Contract Management: Maintain vendor contracts and documentation, ensuring that renewals, compliance, and payment terms are managed effectively.

  • Education:
    Education in Information Technology, Communications, Design, or a related field. Advanced certifications in UI/UX design is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT communications, UI/UX design, or related roles or fresh graduate(uni/poly/NAFA) who is passionate in this space and can share a good personal or business portfolio.
  • UI/UX Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and familiarity with user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into accessible content for non-technical audiences.
  • Generative AI Familiarity: Knowledge of generative AI applications and how they can be leveraged within IT systems for content creation, automation, and enhanced user interactions.
  • Personal Drive: Passionate about Communications and UX to elevate and support Audience’s user experience with technology
